The short version
We only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and quote, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in our project form we receive what you enter: what your business needs, your business name and what it does, the area you serve, an optional website or social link, an optional budget, your timeline, your name, email, optional phone number, how you prefer to be contacted and any notes. If you email us, we receive your email and anything in it.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, set up a call, prepare a quote or proposal and, if you hire us, deliver your project. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are handled and stored by our website host, Netlify. We also keep them in our email and our private project records. We share them with no one else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
How long we keep it
Up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records as long as needed to support your site.
